Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry ~ what is your favorite?

coneReal estate can be thought of as selecting your favorite ice cream.

Many choices to choose from: Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry. New home, pre-owned, single family, condo, rental, investment, land. Newer or older. Suburban, country, or city. So much to choose from.

Then you get to share with others.

Your family, your favorite REALTOR. You get to work with inspectors, appraisers, Stagers, Mortgage professionals.

Fun, Fun, Fun.

cone3

All these folks are there to dish out the best taste for you.

cone4

Why surely they are soley in their respective businesses to make this a very tasty treat.

cone5Tell all your friends what a wonderful job they are doing for you and give them all the referral business (more ice cream) you can think of.

cone6

In the end, it is all about happiness, and being together, and enjoying the good times, as well as sharing our struggles.

Taking time to enjoy life, or a home, OR AN ICE CREAM...

you have to step back sometimes and say,

"It doesn't get any better than this!!"

I know the Mayor of New Orleans wants a chocolate city. I generally like the variety of flavors when it comes to ice cream. Its much like real estate where you can have a variety of clients and types of real estate.

Patricia: All these blogs about food make me hungry too. I'm off to the fridge! : )

Eric: Good to hear from you again. Variety is the spice of life and what makes real estate so interesting.

Hi coach-Vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Good, but kind of boring. How about Ben and Jerry's S'Mores.Chunky Monkey, Chocolate fudge brownie, Dublin Mudslide, Vanilla Caramel fudge or Rocky Road?  Come on coach live a little. LOL  Haven't I taught you anyone about having fun? After all you are 12 and I'm 29, so you are the one who should teach me about having fun. Tune for you

P.S. I hope you aren't upset with me for taking the comment off. Lots of Bill's in VA. Don't worry I got it. That was too good not to. :-)

Hey Pat: You are cool with me ALWAYS! You should know that. Leave it up to you with all the Baskin Robbins flavors. The "good lookin' " one of course is YOU! Watch out for Bill. He seems to be everywhere these days. Is this the first sign of paranoia? Looking for Mr. Bill? LOL.
