I think I need to add that to my marketing pieces!  The visual is just so powerful

I used to use something almost similar in my listing presentation, but it did not have the tax assessor piece. I just hope the seller don't see it the same as the assessor (lol).

Gary- I like the way you explained how each person sees a home. Visual demonstrations are always good. LOL 

Gary - I got that in an email about a year ago from a neighbor after all our assessments shot through the rough! Love it! So very true!
